These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jl63 ("jl63," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl63 online casino platform, including the website located at https://jl63.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service"). Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one account with jl63. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl63 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses credited to such accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

jl63 supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Service and may vary depending on the payment method selected. jl63 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms. Funds deposited into your jl63 account are held in a segregated account and are available for wagering on games offered through the Service. You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with jl63's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions must be satisfied before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl63 in its sole discretion.
• jl63 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, with funds arriving in your designated account within 5 minutes to 48 hours depending on the payment method. jl63 does not charge withdrawal fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond jl63's control. jl63 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, or if the withdrawal would violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jl63 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the Service at the time the bonus or promotion is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus or promotion before accepting it.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game or on the Service. jl63 does not control the outcome of any game. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment such as cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by trained dealers in real time.

You agree to play all games fairly and in accordance with their published rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall jl63's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your jl63 account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Termination

jl63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and jl63 may, in its sole discretion, refund any remaining account balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to jl63. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, shall survive termination.
